WoodBuddy

Product Description:

WoodBuddy is intended for professional use only. It is a waterbased, water-reducible filler
formulated for filling and patching holes or cracks in a variety of interior wood surfaces. It contains no resinous binder that will seep into the surrounding wood fibers. It can be mixed with a variety of stains, colorants and pigments to achieve desired colors. When dry, WoodBuddy can be sanded in a manner similar to wood. It is compatible with a variety of other Wood Kote products. Please refer to the Wood Kote Schedule of Product Compatibility and Recommended Dry Times. WoodBuddy is a filler and not a coating, and thus it is not subject to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission requirements for Architectural and Industrial Maintenance (AIM) coatings (effective 13Sep99) or California SCAQMD Rule 1113 (effective 14May99).

Coverage

One application of WoodBuddy will fill a volumetric area equal to the volume of WoodBuddy applied less any waste. Material may flow into surrounding fiber and thus, subsequent applications may be required.

Composition & Properties

WoodBuddy is an inert water-based compound. Biocides are added to preserve the product. WoodBuddy can be reconstituted by mixing with clean water. It has an indefinite shelf life. It is applied straight from the container or thinned with water for application on large areas such as wood floors.
