Product Description: Jel’d Stain H2O is intended for professional use only. It is formulated for interior wood surfaces such as casework, doors, trim, paneling and cabinets. Although some colors are very similar, Jel’d Stain H2O colors are not intended to match the corresponding colors of solvent-based Original Jel’d Stain, Jel’d Stain 550 & 250 or Liqwid Stain 550 & 250. Jel’d Stain H2O may be applied to bare or bleached wood. It is compatible with a variety of other Wood Kote products. Please refer to the Wood Kote Schedule of Product Compatibility and Recommended Dry Times. Jel’d Stain H2O complies with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission requirements for Architectural and Advantages:
One application of Jel’d Stain H2O will cover approximately 1250-1500 sq ft/gal (30,6-36,8 m2/L). Recoating is possible. Jel’d Stain H2O is a water-based semi-transparent pigment wood stain. It is intended for application without thinning. If thinning is desired, tap water should be used. Jel’d Stain H2O is available from the factory in 11 colors plus Natural. Jel’d Stain H2O can be tinted with universal colorants or, if local environmental regulations require, use VOC free colorants to achieve a wide variety of custom colors. Jel'd Stain H20 is often referred to by such trade names and terms as Water Based Wood Stain, Water Based Gel Stain, WB Gelled Stain, Water Based Pigment Wood Stain and Water Base Pigmented Wood Stain.
